General Agreement

Cargo Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to specific industry standards unless additional transit insurance is declared. Our warehousing for freight transportation follows strict SFWA protocols.
Demurrage & Delays
While we pride ourselves on punctuality, transit delays caused by weather or port congestion aren't under our direct control. We'll communicate any adjustments immediately.
Operational Governance
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your individual contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of forwarding services.

Specific Freight Clauses
- Loading Responsibilities: Consignors are responsible for the structural integrity of palletized cargo unless we're contracted for packing.

- Force Majeure: We aren't liable for failures caused by catastrophic events outside human control.
